FAQ

How do I delete my account?

Open the app → Settings → Data → Delete my account. Confirm the dialog. We permanently remove your resumes, job analyses, applications, push tokens, and account record within 30 days. Some backups may persist for up to 35 days for disaster recovery before being overwritten. Audit log entries are anonymized.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Sign in to the same account → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. The app re-verifies your receipts with Apple App Store or Google Play and re-grants any active passes. If a pass does not appear after restore, email us with your transaction ID (visible in your Apple / Google purchase history).

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly because we never receive your payment details.

If consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable refund right (e.g. EU distance-selling 14-day cooling-off period for unused digital goods), email us and we will coordinate with the store.

The PDF upload says "Could not read PDF". What now?

Most resume PDFs are text-based and parse fine. If your PDF was scanned from paper (an image-based PDF) or uses an unusual layout, the parser may not extract enough text. Two options:

The Job-Match score seems too low / too high. Is it wrong?

The score is a heuristic measure of overlap between your resume's skills + keywords and the job description's requirements. It is a useful signal, not an absolute truth — recruiters look at things our algorithm cannot quantify (network fit, presentation, soft skills). Treat the score as a way to find gaps to address, not as a binary "qualified / not qualified" verdict.

My cover letter / interview questions look generic. Can I get better ones?

Yes — the more detail you put into the personal "Summary" and "Experience" sections of your resume, the more specific the AI output. Add bullet points with concrete numbers (e.g. "Reduced bug rate by 35%" rather than "Improved quality") and the AI will pick them up and reuse them.

Push notifications are not arriving.

Check (1) iOS / Android system Settings → CVRadar AI → Notifications is enabled, (2) inside the app Settings → Notifications is not muted, (3) you have a network connection. If the issue persists, sign out and sign back in to refresh your device token.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You will receive a reset link by email. If the email does not arrive within 5 minutes, check your spam folder. If still missing, email support@oyunloop.com with the email address on the account.

Reporting a security issue

If you discover a security vulnerability, please email support@oyunloop.com with the subject "Security report" and a description of the issue. Do not disclose it publicly until we have had a chance to investigate and fix it. We acknowledge security reports within 5 business days.
