These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CVRadar AI mobile application and related backend services (collectively, the "Service") operated by BOSS Software ("we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.
You must provide a valid email address that you control. We use it for authentication, account verification, password reset, and rare service announcements.
You are responsible for all activity on your account, including any in-app purchases.
One account per person. Sharing accounts or creating multiple accounts to abuse free quotas may result in suspension.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload resumes that belong to other people without their explicit consent.
Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or contains malware.
Attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the backend, or probe for vulnerabilities (security researchers should email support@oyunloop.com first).
Use the Service to generate spam or to misrepresent your identity to employers in violation of applicable employment / fraud laws.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Service output.

4. Your content and our license

You retain all rights to the resumes, job analyses, cover letters, applications, and any other content you create or upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content as necessary to operate the Service for you.

You may export, edit, or delete Your Content at any time through the app.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses a large language model (currently OpenAI GPT-4o-mini) to parse PDF resumes and to generate cover letters, interview questions, and similar text. AI output may contain inaccuracies, fabrications, or out-of-date information. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before sending it to an employer. Do not rely on AI output without verification.

6. In-app purchases and refunds

The Service offers consumable in-app purchases ("Packs") through Apple App Store or Google Play. Each Pack grants a specific quota of actions (e.g. resume PDF exports, job analyses, cover letters, LinkedIn About generations, interview question packs).
Pricing and Pack contents are displayed in the app prior to purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. We never see or store your payment card details.
Once a Pack is consumed (e.g. a job analysis is generated), the relevant quota is decremented and cannot be restored. Refund requests for already-consumed quotas should be directed to Apple App Store or Google Play, who will mediate based on their refund policy.
Where consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to a refund (e.g. EU 14-day distance-selling cooling-off period for unused digital goods), that right is preserved.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, infrastructure issues, or third-party outages (OpenAI, Apple, Google, Firebase). When the AI parser is unavailable, the Service falls back to a deterministic heuristic parser of lower quality.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Data → "Delete my account".
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if continued operation would expose us to legal risk.
On termination by you, your data is purged within 30 days. On termination by us for cause, we may retain audit log entries for the duration required by law.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. The Service does not guarantee that you will get a job interview, job offer, or any other outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Packs in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) twenty euros (€20). We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through an in-app notification on next launch. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you a non-waivable right to local courts.
